Christopher Brown – Managing Director
Chris is a founding director of London Mining and has over 15 years' experience in the resources industry, including 11 years as a natural resources analyst for seven different firms in Australia, Ireland and Great Britain, and four years as a geologist in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree specialising in geology and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Western Australia. Prior to setting up London Mining, he spent three and a half years as a Resources Analyst within the Corporate Sales Department of UK-based institutional stockbrokers, Williams de Broë Plc, where he was instrumental in helping it to make it one of the most successful corporate finance houses for mining finance in London during 2003 and 2004. In 2004, he was briefly a Non-Executive Director of Australia-based NiCu Metals, which later acquired the Jack Hills iron ore project in Western Australia and successfully re-listed as Murchison Metals.

Graeme Hossie – Corporate Development & Deputy Managing Director
Graeme is a founding director of London Mining and is an experienced corporate finance director and business developer particularly specializing in new and developing ventures. His background includes management consulting with Bain & Company, venture capital raising with Piper Trust, and several years as executive management in growing entrepreneurial ventures. In 1988, he co-founded Steribottle Ltd to commercialize a breakthrough baby product from its first concept and developed the company through successive venture funding rounds to become a business with strong intellectual property, successfully selling products in mainstream UK distribution and licensed around the world. He has founded and/or built a number of businesses in various industry sectors including software and IT, internet services, consumer goods and natural resources. He has assisted resource companies through successful London Stock Exchange AIM flotations, and is on the board of or advisor to several high growth companies and an early stage venture investment fund. Graeme has an Honours degree in Business Administration from Ivey Business School in the University of Western Ontario.

Rachel Rhodes – Finance Director

Rachel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having qualified with Coopers & Lybrand in London in 1996. She has over 10 years' experience in the mining sector, of which the last five years were in key financial roles with Anglo American plc. During this time at Anglo American, Rachel successfully led major corporate transactions, including the coversion to International Financial Reporting Standards and more recently, the financial workstreams on the demerger of Mondi plc, Anglo's paper and packaging business, which was dual listed on the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges. Rachel most recently served as Lead Corporate Finance Manager within Anglo American's corporate finance department.

Luciano Ramos, CEO of London Mining Technical Services

Luciano is a Mining Engineer and has worked over the last twenty three years in Brazilian mining industry and abroad. His expertise is related in the following areas: Management of gold and tin processing plant; Management and coordination of process engineering at iron, gold, bauxite, kaolin and manganese plants; Management of projects implementation (Greenfield and Brownfield); Project coordination for the manufacturing of mineral processing equipment; Technological research development. He have worked in overseas projects (Australia and Chile) where he was involved in management of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for Greenfield projects. Besides Portuguese he speaks English and Spanish. He was granted a MBA in Strategic, Business Management (Universidade de São Paulo). He has worked for the following companies: Companhia Vale do Rio Doce – CVRD (1992 to 2007); Minerações Brasileiras Reunidas - MBR (1989 to 1992); Darma – Denver Equipment Company (1988 to 1989); Centro de Tecnologia Mineral – CETEM (1986 to 1988); Empresas Brumadinho (1985 to 1986); Lab. De Tecnologia Mineral (1984 to 1985).
