SHARE ISSUE RELATED TO EXERCISE OF WARRANTS IN LONDON MINING

Pelos Strategy Limited, a company in which London Mining's director Graeme Hossie has a beneficial interest, has exercised warrants over 1,000,000 shares in London Mining Plc. The warrants are are exercised at 8.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Pelos Strategy Ltd holds a total of 1,000,000 shares and 2,500,000 warrants.

The transaction increases the share capital of London Mining by GBP 2,000 to GBP 201,385.

Following this issue, the Company has a total of 100,692,342 shares and 9,030,000 warrants outstanding. In addition, there are 4,450,000 options outstanding.
