APPROVED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR LONDON MINING

The Board of London Mining Plc has, in its meeting on 27 March 2008, approved the London Mining financial statements and Board of Directors' report for 2007.

Preliminary figures for 2007 were published on 29 February 2008, together with the Q4 2007 Interim Report. The financial statements now approved by the Board, are identical to what was earlier reported.
