SHARE ISSUE RELATED TO CONVERSION OF WARRANTS IN LONDON MINING
London Mining has recently issued 874,167 new shares.
A total of 807,500 shares were issued from the conversion of warrants, whereby 470,000 were 20p warrants exercised by employees and consultants and 337,500 were 125p warrants and exercised by RAB Capital.
The total number of warrants was therefore exercised for a net proceeds of GBP 515,875.
In addition, 66,667 new shares were issued pursuant to a signing bonus for an employment contract.
Following this issue, the Company has a total of 99,692,342 shares and 10,030,000 warrants outstanding as per January 14, 2008. In addition, there are 4,450,000 options outstanding.
